This Acceptable Use Policy applies to theseusguard.com, the Theseus Guard platform, and related services. It supplements the Terms of Service.
1. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- use the Services unlawfully, fraudulently, deceptively, or to facilitate harm;
- infringe, misappropriate, or violate another person's intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights;
- upload or transmit malware, malicious code, spam, phishing content, or material designed to compromise a system;
- harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, discriminate against, or target another person or group;
- submit content that is unlawful, sexually exploitative, abusive, or intended to facilitate violence or wrongdoing;
- attempt unauthorized access, probe or bypass security, reverse engineer the Services except where law permits, or interfere with availability or performance;
- scrape, crawl, copy, redistribute, resell, or systematically extract the Services or their data except as expressly authorized;
- bypass plans, quotas, rate limits, authentication, safeguards, or other access controls;
- use bots or automation to create accounts, generate abusive load, or evade enforcement; or
- use outputs or data to make high-impact decisions about a person, or present AI output as professional, official, or human-authored advice when it is not.
2. Reporting and Enforcement
Report suspected abuse, security issues, or unlawful content to contact@theseusguard.com. Include enough detail for us to investigate, but do not send unnecessary personal information.
We may investigate and take action, including removing content, limiting features, suspending, or terminating accounts. We may preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect people, investigate abuse, or protect the Services. We do not guarantee that we will detect or prevent every violation.
3. Appeals
If you believe enforcement was mistaken, contact contact@theseusguard.com with the account identifier, action taken, and relevant context. We may request verification and will review appeals where appropriate.
