This supplemental notice applies to individuals in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland (collectively, "Europe"). It supplements the Privacy Policy. If this Notice conflicts with the Privacy Policy for European users, this Notice controls.
1. Controller

Theseus Guard has not appointed an EU or UK representative or a Data Protection Officer because it does not currently consider such appointment legally required. If applicable law later requires an appointment, this Notice will be updated.

3. European Rights
Subject to legal limitations, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may object to direct marketing at any time. Contact contact@theseusguard.com; we normally respond within one month, although applicable law may allow an extension. You may complain to the supervisory authority in your country of residence, place of work, or alleged infringement.
4. Recipients, Transfers, and Retention
We use providers for hosting, databases, security, communications, support, analytics, model inference, and payments. Depending on tenant configuration, these may include PostgreSQL/TimescaleDB, Qdrant, Redis-compatible infrastructure, Stripe, AWS Bedrock, OpenRouter, Vercel, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, LiteLLM-supported providers, and enterprise connectors such as ServiceNow or Elastic. Customer-selected providers may process agent inputs and outputs under their own terms and the customer's configuration. Because Theseus Guard is located in the United States, data may be transferred outside Europe. We use adequacy decisions, approved standard contractual clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or another lawful mechanism as applicable.
Information is retained according to the Privacy Policy, applicable agreement, and documented retention settings. The Services are not directed to children below the applicable minimum age.
