This notice supplements our Privacy Policy for residents of U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws, to the extent those laws apply.
1. Categories of Personal Information
Depending on your use of the Services, we may collect identifiers and account information; commercial and contract information; internet or network activity; device and approximate location information inferred from technical data; customer content; professional or employment information; and inferences used to personalize requested features. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information unless you provide it or a feature requires it.
The sources, purposes, disclosures, and retention periods are described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information for money or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising unless we provide the notices and choices required by law.
2. State Privacy Rights
Depending on your state, you may have the right to confirm whether we process personal information; access or obtain a copy; correct inaccurate information; delete information; obtain portability; opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or certain profiling; and appeal a denied request. These rights are subject to statutory exceptions.
To submit a request, contact contact@theseusguard.com. We may ask for information to verify your identity. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. If we deny a request, you may appeal by contacting the same address and stating that you are appealing the decision.
California residents may also request information about disclosures for direct marketing under California law. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 without consent required by law.
3. Authorized Agents and Contact
You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law. We may require proof of the agent's authority and verify your identity directly.
